FREE HR Process Reengineering Online Workshop scheduled April 30

Updated: May 7, 2020

QuickReach will conduct its fifth free online workshop on Business Process Reengineering with a special focus on the Human Resources (HR) department on April 30, 2020, Thursday, 1-5 PM (Manila Time, UTC +8).

The COVID-19 pandemic has urged businesses to realize work-from-home arrangements to assure business continuity. But, using email/video conferencing/task management tools is not sufficient. Businesses need to reengineer HR processes to ensure that critical operational workflows are smoothly running while everyone is working remotely.

With this, the Business Process Reengineering Workshop aims to help HR departments understand process modeling: the best practices and the most common errors, learn how to design business processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), and model, document, and publish processes using a freeware.

The workshop will be facilitated by QuickReach CFO/COO Tess Villaluna and will cover the following topics:

The workshop is open to ten companies only. Each company is advised to have at least two participants. Join and eliminate inefficiencies in your finance department. To register, CLICK HERE.
