Arup Maity
Founder, President and CEO
Arup Maity is the CEO of QuickReach. He is an adjunct professor at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) for Innovation Management & Agile Project Management programs since 2005. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a Certified Project Management Professional (188635). Arup is also a Certified Scrum Master and member of the Scrum Alliance. He has Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Masters in Business Management from AIM.
Ma. Teresa Villaluna
CFO and Operations Head
Tess Villaluna oversees QuickReach’s finance and operations. She has 25 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, and controlling which includes management of Global Markets Product Control and Financial Reporting teams for a Frankfurt-based global investment bank. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Management from AIM.
Roy Saberon
Head of Product
Roy Saberon is a seasoned developer with more than 15 years in the IT practice. He designs continuous training programs for our developers, provides internal consultation to the development teams to optimize technology implementation, and recommends appropriate technology and software architectural design applied to projects. Roy holds a B.S. Computer Engineering degree from the AMA University and has earned several Microsoft certifications as such MCSD, MCAD, and MCP.
Richard Launio
Head of Customer Success
Richard Launio has approximately 20 years of experience in the software development space and has managed numerous projects involving the development of HR and payroll systems both locally and in Singapore. He graduated BS Computer Engineering from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
Siddharth Wadehra
Head of Research & Business Development
Siddharth has over 10 years of experience in managing digital transformation and corporate innovation initiatives and has spearheaded digital innovation initiatives for telecom, healthcare, internet, IT, and logistics companies. Sid has a B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering, an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.
Burns Puzon
Head of Sales and Marketing
Burns Puzon served as the marketing manager and UI/UX Designer of 6 startups since 2012. His experience includes management consulting and SMB marketing at Microsoft APAC/Philippines. He graduated with Distinction from the Asian Institute of Management (MBA Major in Marketing).
